About the show
Charles Condomine, a successful novelist and remarried widower, wishes to learn about the occult for a novel he is writing. To this end he invites to his home an eccentric medium – Madame Arcati who holds a séance and inadvertently summons Charles's deceased first wife Elvira.
Elvira's spirit has not come back from the dead to keep the peace. She has returned for Charles and will do whatever it takes to reunite with him even if this reunion is in the afterworld.
